• Liability Limit: Total funds allocated for liability payments owed in civil lawsuits.
• Lawsuit: Brought against you by an external party.
• Defense coverage limit: Total funds allocated for payment of your legal defense team.
• Administrative defense: For investigations or actions brought by the federal government.
• Criminal defense: For investigations related to charges of criminal misconduct.**
• Employment Practices: For proceedings against you including (but not limited to): allegations of discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, or retaliation.
• Security Clearance Coverage: For problems with issuance of your security clearance. Or, for proceedings intended to revoke your security clearance.
• LEOSA: The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act.
• LEOSA Liability coverage: Provided to fill gaps related to LEOSA. Includes acts of self-defense, and state charges of unlawful carriage.
